As they say in nawlins (new orleans for those not in the know). I am so happy to be going to New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. I am so excited. Hubby and I haven’t been in 4 years. Hubby use to go every year with friends and then I was lucky enough to get to go with him and his friends a few times. It is a blast if you like good music, food and good times. We are leaving Minnow with my dad and bonus mom–for the first time. I get to see Sheryl Crow, Robert Plant, Billy Joel, etc. Awesome!!!

Awesome!! I went to NO once during law school for a moot court competition that coincided with Mardi Gras and it RULED! I’ve wanted to go back and bring Bryan for Jazz fest ever since. It’s like Europe right here in the US! And you can walk around art galleries in the French Quarter with cocktails! Have fun 🙂

Hi–this is my first time to your site and I spent the last 2 hours reading about your story. My husband and I are also in the process of adopting from Ethiopia.
