Stars Wars mania has officially hit our house.  Noah is CRAZY about Star Wars.  He has watched the first round of movies (4, 5, & 6)-talk about confusing for a kid of only 4.  Then he started watching Clone Wars (the animated series based on the newer movie (#2) and the is now obsessed but also so confused.  His little brain can only process so much.  Luke and Anakin is really confusing for him.  How is Anakin the dad when Lukc is older, etc.  It’s cute.  We had to get a light saber that lights up and makes noise.  Luckily one of the stores in Downtown Disney has a station where you can make your own light saber–Noah (Well Bill really) enjoyed that.  We have had lots and lots of light saber duels in the past 3 days.

I love Star Wars and think it’s an awesome bunch of movies and such an imaginative and intriguing story.  I have the fondest memory of waiting in line with my dad and brothers to see The Empire Strikes Back.  It was awesome.  My dad loves Star Wars and will be so excited to share his love with Noah.  I just have to say that I was not ready for Star Wars mania to start so soon.  He is only 4.  Okay 4 1/2.  SpikeTV is airing all 6 movies this weekend 1-3 on Saturday and 4-6 on Sunday.  Noah already has me recording them so we can watch them all.  It’ll be a long weekend with my little Yoda. But priceless.

Also, there is nothing cuter than a 3-year-old little girl saying “Luke, I am your father” in her best Darth Vader voice.  That will keep me laughing for a long time.
