We had our first snowfall of the year this weekend–we ended up with about 6 inches of snow. I live in the midwest, but with all this global warming business we haven’t gotten much snow for the past 5 or so winters. Well, they were calling for lots of snow–I didn’t think they were right. I was unprepared for Minnow to get to play in the snow. So, after 2 days of snowing I decided to go to Target and get him some snow boots. Well, I was a day late on the whole get snow boots for the kids and all that were left were pink boots. Aren’t they cute? They are a tad big, but I wanted Minnow to get to play in the snow. Besides he doesn’t know that pink is a girls color. And by the time he does know, well it will be too late to change the evidence. I mean I am posting the picture on the internet–where it will live forever.
Minnow didn’t quite know what to make of this funny white stuff at first–he didn’t see any snow last year.
But once he figure out you could touch it and not explode or die he had a blast.

Oh so cute! He looks like he’s having fun! You guys could have borrowed our snow suit – it would have fit him! (it’s HUGE). LOVE the pink boots though!

His boots totally match Supergirls 🙂 Boomer had to wear her old snowsuit and boots but at least they were purple. Looks like he loved the snow!
